Cooking Steak




  1. Cooking steak on the stove is a good alternative when one cannot use the grill. There are different methods to preparing the steak as opposed to the traditional grilling preparations. Not only is the preparation a factor in understanding how to cook steak, but also the cuts that are available and how to choose the best cut for the dish.
  2. When preparing a steak meal, it's always best to use fresh cuts versus frozen.By doing so, the flavor hasn't been altered are subdued by freezing temperature. Fresh steak is also going to be juicier and more flavorful than a frozen cut of meat.
  3. Cooking a steak on the stove top also allows for more variations in the dish. As a grill has grates that will allow many sauces and rubs or other garnishes to fall from the meat, a pan keeps the flavor infused throughout the cooking process.
